Tote bins will be located in the pick up area. Inside each tote you’ll find bags filled with produce. Take one bag, any bag. Initial by your name on the clipboard so we know you got your share. Any additional items you pre-ordered from the online farm store will be packed in an insulated bag labeled with your name and placed inside a cooler next to the totes.
Our policy is that we do not guarantee add-ons of perishable foods (meat, dairy, eggs, fermented foods) past the designated pickup time. Out of courtesy to all involved, we ask that you adhere to the designated pickup time. No credit is issued when a person arrives late to claim their items.
If there is a problem with something in your bag, or something was inadvertently missed, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. We are able to credit your account if needed.
You can put a future share on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. All holds must be placed by 11:59PM Sunday before the next pickup day. If you put your share on hold, we will refund your credit card for the weekly value of the share. Unfortunately, we cannot accept last minute cancellations. If you forget to let us know you won't be able to pickup your share, one option is to have a friend pick it up for you and try us out for a week!
All payments will be posted to your membership account as soon as they are received. You agree that if you choose to pay by credit card for one time add-ons, your card will be charged before each delivery. If you choose to pre-pay for the whole season, your card will be billed at the beginning of that term, before receiving your first box. If you choose to pre-pay for half of the season, your card will be billed for half of the total amount at the beginning of that term, before receiving your first box, and again for the second half before receiving your eighth box. You can put your account on hold at any time and skip deliveries, but you need to do this one week before that delivery date. See our FAQs for additional information.
In the spirit of community supported agriculture (CSA), you agree to the risks and rewards of farming. We only provide refunds for weeks put on hold. All holds must be placed by 11:59PM Sunday before the next pickup day. If you put your share on hold, we will refund your credit card for the weekly value of the share.
Our Table Cooperative will never sell or share your information with a third party. However we will use the information you provide to communicate with you electronically and through postal mail about the CSA and Our Table Cooperative news.
